You can cancel your order or subscription within 24 hours of placing it by contacting our customer support team via email at care@healthstro.comor by phone at 1-888-846-2298. If your order has not been shipped, we will process the cancellation and issue a full refund. If your order has already been shipped, please refer to our return policy below.

At this stage, we are unable to offer returns due to our current suppliers. Our Suppliers rigorously tests all its formulas for authenticity, potency, and safety—and we do not resell any returned items—we are unable to accept returns. Claims for shortages, incorrect items, and damages must be made within (3) days of delivery and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

  1. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact our customer support team immediately less than 3 days. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund, and provide you with a prepaid shipping label to return the damaged or incorrect item.

  1. How long does it take to process a refund?

Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item. Please note that it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.
