  1. What are the shipping options?
We currently offer only 1 shipping option for only continental US orders.
  • Standard Shipping (3-5 business days)
    • $299.99 or less - $11.95 (Promo for Apr to June FREE)
    • $300 or more - free shipping
  • Overnight Shipping (1 business day)
Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and the availability of the products.
  1. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are fixed price of $11.95 for all continental United States orders. We offer free standard shipping for orders over $300 or more within the continental United States.

  1. Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we only ship to Canada as our only international destination but on a case-by-case basis. Please connect with our customer support team via email at or by phone at 1-888-846-2298 to get the shipping rates. International shipping rates and delivery times will then be conveyed to it.

  1. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking information. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website and viewing your order history.

  1. What if my package is lost or stolen?

If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package and, if necessary, send a replacement or issue a refund. Please note that we are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier.
